HONEY - Sindyanna of Galilee sells pure unheated and unfiltered honey produced from wildflowers in the Galilee and the Jezreel Valley. Our delicious, nutritious honey is sold in jars to the fair trade market in Israel and the rest of the world, and is also used as a natural additive to Sindyanna’s olive oil & honey soaps.
ZAATAR - is a very popular spice in the local kitchen. It is used as a seasoning for meats and vegetables, and can also be sprinkled on humus or labaneh or mixed with olive oil and eaten with pita bread.
